Leonard is certified in CWB Level 1 CSA Z662 code and is a qualified welding supervisor, demonstrating ethical character and exceptional project management skills.

Previous ownership of a successful CWB/ABSA fabrication facility in Fort McMurray, Alberta has led Leonard to have extensive knowledge and experience in overseeing end-to-end fabrication of structural and piping components. ​​​​​​
